The fund aims to provide financial support to urban professionals who cannot afford to finance their further education at IHS. It is intended for people who have performed outstandingly on the basis of their academic qualities, talent, strong and inherent motivation, resilience and perseverance and who can develop into future urban managers through further education at IHS.
