Oleksandra is an urban strategist and researcher with a diverse educational and practice background. She holds two master degrees first in Urban planning from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, and second in Urban Management and Development from IHS Erasmus University Rotterdam. Oleksandra has experience in spatial design, housing as well as participation, competition organisations and mentorship. Nowadays, she is in the transition period from design toward a research career.
She was one of three students who represented IHS at the Habitat III conference due to her input in "Student design competition for Kenya's towns".
Oleksandra believes that it's impossible to contribute in-person to every single problem-solving. That's why it is so important to be able to empower others.
