Initiative's goals 

1. Maintain and Encourages the willingness of teachers to have hopes and use their potential for a better tomorrow (Teachers). 

2. Obtain opportunities to talk and intra-culture relationships and trust by maintaining their common values (parents).

3. Change negative psychological memories into positive ways (students).

Main activities

1. Discuss with the town administration educational bureau and other actors

2. Facilitate psychosocial training for mixed groups

In order to get to the next level, the project needs:

To find ways for the school to replace all damaged materials, after health the traumatized school community.
