Initiative's goals and main activities 

1. Opening the 540-hectare urban area in the Karabağlar district of İzmir, declared as a natural risk area according to the Turkish Law No. 6360, for use within the scope of urban renewal.

2. To provide a sustainable living space to citizens living in this risky area.

3. To provide some prestige projects which designed to sustain against to natural risks in this area to support the project.

4. To develop the projects by Public Private Partnership.

In order for the initiative to get to the next level:

Providing affordable houses to the citizens of this area.
